Guitar upgrades

I'm thinking of asking for a new amp as a combined birthday/xmas present. I was thinking of a Fender tube amp, something around 100 watts. Yup, I want loudness!

Also, I may want to buy a black pickguard to style my guitar a bit. I have a black paint job on it, so i think it would look prety cool with an all black body with white pickups (i'm sure it has been done before).
